Tropical Tofu Berry Smoothie
A nice berry rich smoothie

| 2 | Banana, Blueberry, Strawberry | Tofu | Milk, Non-fat Yoghurt |
Ingredients:
- 1 cup light (reduced sugar) fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 banana
- 3" cube of soft tofu
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
Method:
Put yogurt, milk, banana, tofu into blender and blend until smooth.
Add berries and blend again until smoothie consistency is reached.
