Tropical Tofu Berry Smoothie

A nice berry rich smoothie

Recipe Information:

Serves: Fruit Extras (Non-Dairy) Extras (Dairy)
2 Banana, Blueberry, Strawberry Tofu Milk, Non-fat Yoghurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup light (reduced sugar) fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 banana
  • 3" cube of soft tofu
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries

Method:

Put yogurt, milk, banana, tofu into blender and blend until smooth.

Add berries and blend again until smoothie consistency is reached.
