This tangy smoothie is great served with frozen yoghurt

Ingredients:
- 4 oranges
- 1/2 grapefruit
- 75ml orange juice
- Non-fat yoghurt (frozen is great for this recipe)
Method:
Add all the ingredients to the blender, and whizz until smooth.
