A smoothie for anyone who may be lactose intolerant

Ingredients:
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 5 ounces silken tofu, firm, chilled and cubed
- 2 cups frozen or fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Method:
Combine in blender.
Makes 2 shakes.
