Ruby Smoothie

This ruby-red smoothie is full of berry goodness.

Recipe Information:

Serves: Fruit Juice Extras (Dairy)
2 Strawberry, Raspberry Cranberry Yoghurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup hulled and quartered fresh strawberries, frozen
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, frozen

Method:

Blend and serve immediatelt to retain the goodness in the berries.
