Peachy Colour Smoothie

Only 180 calories per serving

Recipe Information:

Serves: Fruit Extras (Dairy)
2 Peach Milk, Yoghurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Chilled peach nectar
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 Container (6 ounces) peach yogurt
  • Ground nutmeg

Method:

Place nectar, milk and yogurt in blender.

Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.

Sprinkle with nutmeg.

2 servings (about 1-1/4 cups each)

180 calories per serving.
