Mixed-Fruit Smoothies
Banana and Mango together with a juice of your choice.

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, chilled
- 2/3 cup mango slices
- 120ml grape juice or mango, apricot, strawberry, or other fruit nectar, chilled
- 1 carton fat-free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Method:
Add all ingredients (except the honey) and blend until smooth. Aad honey if desired.
