Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pitted Dates
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 3 tablespoons malt powder
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
Method:
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Serves 2
