Macho Power Smoothie

Power-boost

Recipe Information:

Serves: Juice Fruit Extras (Non-Dairy)
2 Orange Banana, Strawberry Soya Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup nonfat soy milk (such as Healthy Valley Soy Moo)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen (without sugar)

Method:

Put all ingredients into blender.

Blend well until smoothie consistency is reached!
