Kiwi-Surprise

Kiwi is rich in vitamin C so is great for any smoothie.

Recipe Information:

Serves: Fruit Juice Extras (Dairy)
1 Banana, Kiwi Orange Yoghurt

Ingredients:

  • 2 Kiwifruits
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup each: orange juice and yoghurt
  • ice cubes

Method:

combine the ingredients in a blender/smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
