Healthy Smoothie

A healthy smoothie (it has extra fibre in it)

Recipe Information:

Serves: Juice Fruit Extras (Dairy)
1 - 2 Orange Apple, Apricot, Grape, Kiwi, Orange, Peach Yoghurt

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups yogurt (Plain)
  • 1 Cups orange juice
  • 1 Cups grapes (essential for sweetness)
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 or 2 sm. bananas
  • 12 Walnuts
  • 1 Bale shredded wheat or ½ C. Grape Nuts

To these basic ingredients add:

  • 2 cups sugar-free frozen fruit
  • 1 orange
  • 1 peach
  • 8 oz. dried apricots (can be soaked in the orange juice)
  • 1 kiwi
  • Cantaloupe/honeydew melon (in season.)

Method:

Place all in a blender and blend at high speed.
