Fast Track Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 16 oz Low Fat Blueberry Or Strawberry Yogurt
- 1 1/4 C Skim Milk
- 3/4 C Fresh Or Frozen Blueberries Or Strawberries
- 3 Tbsp Dry Milk Powder
- 2 Tsp Honey
Method:
In a blender, blend until smooth. Good health: lower cholesterol, stronger immunity. Can be frozen, leave in fridge to thaw overnight, stir well before drinking.
