Coconut Mango Smoothie

Fruity or Milky Sweet Mango Smoothie

Recipe Information:

Serves: Fruit Juice Extras (Non-Dairy)
3 Banana, Mango Apple Coconut

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium bananas (about 1 lb.)
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1/4 cup apple juice or unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method:

Chill the bananas and mangoes in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Peel and slice bananas and mangoes; place in a blender container. Add apple juice or coconut milk and honey. Cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid.
