Berry Smoothie
Use any kind of berry you like in this smoothie.

| 1 | Blackberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry | Milk, Non-fat Yoghurt |
Ingredients:
- 1 small container (6 oz) nonfat yogurt (any flavour)
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup frozen berries (any type)
Method:
Blend on high till smooth. You could add a few chunks of banana if you prefer.
