Berry Smoothie

Use any kind of berry you like in this smoothie.

Recipe Information:

Serves: Fruit Extras (Dairy)
1 Blackberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry Milk, Non-fat Yoghurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 small container (6 oz) nonfat yogurt (any flavour)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup frozen berries (any type)

Method:

Blend on high till smooth. You could add a few chunks of banana if you prefer.
