Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup tofu
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple/citrus juice blend
- 1/4 cup plain non fat yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- Frozen strawberries, pineapple, and mango
- Water or soy milk to taste/consistency
Method:
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
